Plankwall Almost Finished® V10 100mm V Groove MDF Panels are pre-primed with a hard-wearing, scratch resistant UV-cured base surface coating:
Two coats of white prime coating on the front face to give a premium smooth surface and to provide a moisture barrier.
One clear coat on the rear face, providing protection from temporary exposure to moisture e.g. during transportation, as well as a sealed surface for good application of adhesives.
Plankwall's Grooved Building Panels add texture and depth to interior walls and ceilings with the added assurance of high impact-resistance for busy spaces and wall bracing system capacity when required (see technical sheet for details).
Plankwall uses proprietary saw-based grooving machinery for a consistent, smooth surface finish to the grooves, ensuring ease of installation, reduced finishing time and a high-quality premium finish.

Sustainably produced, Super E0 rated GoldenEdge MDF panels from Nelson Pine
V10 grooves: spaced at 100mm, 3mm deep
Thickness: 9mm or 12mm
Width: 1200mm
Length: 2440mm, 2745mm, and 3660mm
Tongue & Groove edging on length of panels
Pre-primed with 2 white prime coats on front face and one UV clear coat on back
Suitable for interior walls and ceilings in dry areas.

The panels are suitable for GoldenEdge® MDF Panelbrace™ Wall Bracing Systems and can be used as part of the bracing structure (under Branz appraisal 779) when installed as per NPIL specifications and Installation Guidelines - which now include the option of using gunned finish nails or staples to speed up installation and reduce the amount and size of filling required to finish.
